Rates and Charges
All services are prepaid and booked in advance.
Hourly rates vary by department: ICT (£20), Admin (£12), Bookkeeping (£20), Marketing (£12).
Project-based packages are priced as outlined for Setup and Optimisation services.
Minimum Charges
A minimum charge of £70 applies to all projects or services, as deposit.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If a scheduled meeting or service is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the minimum charge will still apply.
Third-Party Costs
Domain names, software licenses, and any third-party subscriptions are charged at cost and paid by the client directly to the software provider where possible.
If additional tools, materials, or software are required, sourcing time will be charged at £20/hour.
Additional Support Requests
Extra hours beyond monthly maintenance allowances are charged at the standard hourly rate for the service.
Taxes and Fees
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Miscellaneous
Waste or old equipment disposal is not included but can be referred to third-party providers.
Rescheduling / Cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please give us at least 1 months notice to be acknowledged by us to avoid a late notice charge of that months charge.

You'll use Affiliate links provided from your location.
You'll open software accounts and confirm their terms, these are your accounts with your data.
We'll get all the software connected, tested and handed over ready for you to use.
Optional ongoing support is available separately.

You'll provide feedback and review.

Notes:
This is a content-based service delivered at your chosen frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
You'll provide access to your social media and business profiles (or we’ll help you set them up for additional charge).
You'll use Affiliate links provided from your location
Content is written by our team, tailored to your services, and posted under your business name.
You’ll need to supply photos or approve reuse of existing content.
Ongoing reports will be provided to track visibility and engagement.
Optional add-ons (email campaigns, website updates, seasonal promotions) can be discussed separately.
Our team may mention “Powered by BlueWood Office” with our Logo in your post footer.
You’ll be asked for feedback and a review to help us grow this service for others.

Currency Exchange
Our base currency is Pound Sterling (GBP). Prices shown in other currencies (EUR, USD, etc.) are provided for guidance only and are reviewed quarterly, or more frequently if required. All payments will be processed in GBP, and if paying from outside the UK your final amount will be converted by the payment provider (such as Stripe) at their exchange rate at the time of purchase. Additional bank or card fees may apply depending on your provider.
